ВАРИКОЗ
Тем, у кого есть небольшой варикоз вен нижних конечностей, рекомендую тренироваться в компрессионных чулках или компрессионном спортивном трикотаже (гетрах). После тренировки хорошо полежать с поднятыми вверх ногами минут 15-20. Это способствует оттоку крови из нижних конечностей.
ДИАСТАЗ. ВАЖНО!
Диастаз это расхождение прямых мышц живота от 1 до 10 см. Обычно он бывает после родов. Чтобы это проверить есть ли он у вас, лягте на пол, согните ноги в коленях, стопы вместе. Одну руку уберите за голову, приподнимите плечи от пола, немного скруглите спину, второй рукой ощупайте свой живот над пупком. Если вы ощущаете пространство между мышцами пресса, как бы впадину и если она более двух пальцев по горизонтали, то необходимо придерживаться строгих ПРАВИЛ.
А именно:
при выполнении упражнений живот всегда втянут и напряжен! Не допускайте чтобы живот раздувался как шарик, для этого напрягайте и втягивайте его.
Любые скручивания на пресс заменяем на обратную планку или вакуум
Планку выполняем только с колен и с прямыми руками.
Отжимания делать можно, но только с колен (с прямыми ногами нельзя). Живот всегда втянут, лобок тянем к груди и не допускаем прогиба в пояснице.
