Чтобы получить желаемую 1000 ккал повторяйте эту тренировку в 2 подхода подряд с перерывом ок 5 минут между кругами. ( в сумме 60 минут ).
Один круг это около 350-600 ккал в зависимости от вашего РОСТА, ВЕСА, Объёма МЫШЦ и ЖИРА в теле.
СОВЕТУЮ ВАМ СЧИТАТЬ КАЛОРИИ В ПИТАНИИ, А НЕ ТРЕНИРОВКАХ.
Мой вес 94 кг при росте 190 см.
Делайте эту тренировку минимум 3 раза в неделю для достижения нужного эффекта. ( ГАНТЕЛИ ВЫБИРАЙТЕ исходя из вашего уровня подготовки ) советую девушкам использовать 3-6 кг одна гантель, а парням 5-10 кг.
Не забывайте о правильном питании, режиме сна и количестве выпитой воды за день.
