Как приготовить тирамису в домашних условиях поэтапно | Рецепт классического тирамису с маскарпоне:

Для печенья Савоярди:

Савоярди вы можете использовать готовые, их можно купить в супермаркете. А можете приготовить самостоятельно:

— [ ] Белки яичные — 3шт.
— [ ] Желтки -2шт.
— [ ] Сахар -60гр.
— [ ] Мука-50гр.
— [ ] Сахарная пудра-30гр.

Белки взбить в крепкую плотную массу, постепенно добавляя сахар. Желтки слегка взбить и подмешать их аккуратно лопаточкой к белкам. Муку просеять и также ввести в общую массу, аккуратно перемешивая лопаточкой. Противень застелить пергаментной бумагой или силиконовым ковриком. С помощью кондитерского мешка выложить тесто ровными полосками длиной ок.8см. Их получится ок.20 штук. Присыпать сахарной пудрой через сито. Оставить постоять 10минут. Тем временем разогреть духовку до 190градусов. Выпекать брусочки савоярди в течение 10-12 минут.

Для десерта Тирамису:
— [ ] Савоярди
— [ ] Сливки 33%-250гр.
— [ ] Маскарпоне -500гр.
— [ ] Сахарная пудра -85гр.
— [ ] Какао-порошок — 30гр.
— [ ] Кофе крепкий — 150мл.
— [ ] Ликёр Амаретто — 2ст.л.
— [ ] Сливки 20%-2ст.л.

Сначала приготовьте кофейную пропитку. Для этого приготовьте кофе удобным для вас способом. Добавьте 2ст.л.сливок (10-20%) и 2ст.л.амаретто. Перемешайте. Приготовьте крем: В чашу миксера сложите Маскарпоне и сливки (33%), добавьте сахарную пудру. Перемешайте ингредиенты на самой низкой скорости миксера. Маскарпоне нельзя взбивать и долго перемешивать.
Сборка десерта:
Савоярди окунаем на 1 секунду в кофейную пропитку и выкладываем в форму в один ряд. Сверху выкладываем слой крема, далее снова слой печенья и слой крема.
Ставим в холодильник минимум на 4 часа (лучше всего — на ночь). Посыпаем плотным слоем какао через сито. Украшаем по своему желанию — ягодками, мятой, шоколадом.

In November 1996, Andrea and Sarah Brightman were invited to perform the duet Time To Say Goodbye (Con Te Partirò) at the farewell contest of the German World Light-Heavyweight boxing champion, Henry Maske. A national hero held in unrivaled esteem, he is known for his love of selecting entrance themes to his bouts. Sarah Brightman, the internationally renowned soprano and friend of Henry Maske heard Con Te Partirò in a restaurant while dining with her friends. Entranced by the singer and the song, Brightman made contact with Andrea. Andrea and Brightman re-recorded Con Te Partirò as the duet Time To Say Goodbye with members of the London Symphony Orchestra.

This live version is from Brightmans first full concert recording, «Sarah Brightman: In Concert», from Londons Royal Albert Hall with the London Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Paul Bateman. Guest artists include Andrew Lloyd Webber, Adam Clark and Andrea Bocelli. The concert was released to video in 1998.
