Im pretty sure I drank an entire gallon of coconut water before I finished this workout. I gave it my best, but if you can go harder / faster than me, go for it!

The number of calories youll burn from this 45-minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.). The cool thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you complete it. If youve got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how many you burn by the end of the workout!

I designed this workout to be accessible to anyone. There are modifications for every intense exercise in this routine for anyone who is a beginner, cant do jumping exercises, or just wants to take it a little easier. If youre having a hard time with the full workout, I suggest doing the modifications for a beat until youre ready to jump back into the full exercises. This will help condition your body to be ready for the full exercises.

“Plastic Love" is a 1984 J-Pop song taken from «Variety» album, performed by Japanese singer and songwriter Mariya Takeuchi (竹内 まりや), produced by her husband Tatsuro Yamashita.

The song originated from her comeback album «Variety», released April 25th, 1984. It was one of her most successful albums in her career, reaching #1 on the 1984 Oricon Music chart in Japan. «Plastic Love» was later released as a single on March 25th, 1985; and was #85 on Oricon Music chart in Japan.

The song is a city pop anthem about dancing in discotheques after a breakup. The song has a funk groove reminiscent of Steely Dan and is topped with horns and a sleek guitar solo by Tatsuro Yamashita.

With the resurgence of the song and the increase of its popularity, the song would get a music video after 35 years the song came out. Warner Music Japan releasing a short clip of it on the May 16th, 2019; directed by Kyoutaro Hayashi (林響太朗). youtu.be/XMmUXamntPI

— бурпи
— прыжки на скакалке
— выброс штанги из седа наверх
— sit-up (скручивание на пресс) v — группировка

Работа: 20 cекунд
Отдых: 10 секунд
Временное ограничение: 4 минуты

Задача: сделать максимальное количество повторений во всех упражнениях!

Рекомендация тренера: работать в силу своих возможностей. Пить воду.
