5. 4:20 Планка: шаги к согнутым ногам назад вперёд дальше плеч
6. 5:20 Обратные отжимания с согнутыми ногами
7. 6:20 В положение сидя на коленях, руки в стороны, разворот предплечий вперёд-назад
8. 7:20 Планка: руки через стороны за спину поочередно
