Synopsis

Всем привет! В этом ролике я расскажу об одном из своих утренних ритуалов — растяжке! Я делаю её каждый день на протяжении вот уже нескольких месяцев и результат уже превзошел все мои ожидания! Потому что в растяжке (как в принципе и везде, но в растяжке особенно) крайне важна регулярность. Моя гибкость увеличилась в разы, да и общее самочувствие заметно улучшилось!
