Рецепт теста:
1 стакан воды(250 мл),
1 стакан муки(150 гр)
100 гр масла или маргарина,
1/3 ч.ложки соли,
5 яиц.
Температура выпечки 180-200 градусов время выпечки 25-30 мин. Если есть возможность подержите профитроли 2 — 3 мин.в выключеной духовке сразу после выпечки. Если Вы готовите профитроли за день до наполнения, после полного остывания храните их в бумажном пакете или в закрытой посуде, чтобы они не засохли.
